First Visit: The Defects
Mr. and Mrs. Rodriguez received their motor home in Nevada and drove off to see America. Four weeks and 5,000 miles later, water leaks and other problems forced them to stop in Van Horn, Texas.

- There was a serious leak in the roof. Water was seeping into the vehicle, ruining walls, wood, and carpet.
- There was a dangerous handling problem. When driving they noticed that turning was difficult. It was as if the front wheels weren’t making proper contact with the road.1
