Chapter 2: A Motor Home Lemon Story

Motor home components manufacturers taking responsibility when your vehicle is a lemon.
They called the engine manufacturer, who said it sounded like the weight distribution was incorrect, therefore it was the coach manufacturer’s fault. The coach manufacturer took no responsibility for anything, and around and around they went. Meanwhile, the dealership tried more caulk on the leaking roof and fixed a couple of the cosmetic trim problems.
When Mr. and Mrs. Rodriguez finally got back on the road, the handling problem, the roof leak, and the whistling noise from the slide-out were all still present.
